SOMERSET COUNTY LIBRARY COMMISSION
NOTICE OF RFP FOR VARIOUS EXEMPT SERVICES IN 2013
The SOMERSET COUNTY LIBRARY COMMISSION is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
Sealed RFP responses will be received by Brian Morgan, Business Manager, on December 18, 2012 at 3:30 P.M. at the Somerset County Library, 1 Vogt Drive, Bridgewater, NJ 08807 at which time and place responses will be opened for:
1. LABOR COUNSEL
2. MEDICAL INSURANCE BROKER
3. BOOKS PURCHASED FROM A WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR
4. BOOKS AND NON-PRINT MEDIA PURCHASED FROM AN ONLINE DISTRIBUTOR
5. LEGAL REFERENCE BOOKS
6. FOREIGN LANGUAGE SETS
7. LARGE TYPE BOOKS
8. VIDEO GAMES
9. AUDIOBOOKS AND MUSIC CDs
10. DVDs and Blu-ray Discs
11. LIBRARY SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
12. ELECTRONIC BOOKS, ELECTRONIC AUDIO BOOKS, ELECTRONIC VIDEOS
13. ELECTRONIC REFERENCE BOOKS
14. ONLINE CATALOGING SERVICES
15. ONLINE INTERLIBRARY LOAN SERVICES
16. AUTHORITY CONTROL SERVICES FOR BIBLIOGRAPHIC DATABASE
17. ELECTRONIC MUSIC
18. SUBSCRIPTION ELECTRONIC DATABASES,including those for use by the Somerset County Purchasing Consortium

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10: 5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
A copy of your N.J. Business Registration Certificate shall be included with your proposal unless one is already on file with the Somerset County Library.
